Andrew Stark is a long-time veteran of the corporate aviation sales industry. His decades of experience include a diversified background across various segments of the industry, including tenures with several aircraft manufacturers, a major aircraft management/charter organization, and within the aircraft brokerage community.

Andrew recently completed eleven years as Regional Manager of Pre-Owned Aircraft Sales at Dassault Falcon Jet where he strengthened his reputation for knowledge of market values and trends in the major turbine aircraft makes and models. He has a strong understanding of how to successfully structure and complete resale transactions, with a reputation for professionalism and a strong eye for detail and process.

Will Drake is a Market Researcher and Business Development Specialist at The Jet Collective, where he supports sales and acquisitions through data-driven insights and strategic analysis. A graduate of Tusculum University in Greeneville, Tennessee, Will competed as a Division II baseball player while earning his degree. He brings several years of experience in sales, recruiting, customer service, and leadership, allowing him to effectively collaborate across teams and contribute to client-focused solutions.

Outside of work, Will is pursuing his private pilot license and is a passionate aviation enthusiast. He enjoys traveling, music, and spending time with friends and family. Known for building strong professional relationships, Will is committed to providing top-tier service and helping clients achieve their goals through trust, dedication, and attention to detail.
